Aanvullende rechten voor burgerluchtvaartuigen en andere producten uit de VS
Wereldhandelsorganisatie WTO heeft de EU toestemming gegeven voor handelspolitieke maatregelen tegen de Verenigde Staten (VS). De EU heeft de maatregelen gepubliceerd in Uitvoeringsverordening (EU) 2020/1646. Voor producten in bijlagen I en II van die verordening zijn aanvullende rechten vastgesteld.

Does your removal company import removal goods on behalf of a person from a non-EU country who is moving to the Netherlands? You must file an import declaration for such purpose to the Digital Declaration System of Customs. One of the documents you must submit is a proof of registration of your client in the Municipal Personal Records Database of a municipality in the Netherlands. Due to the corona crisis, the registration in a municipality may take longer than usual. It is for that reason that temporarily, you do not have to submit the proof of municipality registration to Customs at the same time. You may do it later, but no later than 2 weeks after the filing of the declaration.
